Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Simple Fatoora account?

Yes. Connect your existing account or register on the secure connection page and verify your email. Your current membership and allowance apply.

Can I use Sandbox?

Choose Live or Sandbox when connecting. Each connection keeps that environment; reconnect to change it. Sandbox documents remain separate from live records.

Why does my AI client ask for approval?

Your client controls tool permissions. Issuing, editing or deleting a document may need approval; opening a download can show a separate external-link warning. Simple Fatoora does not add a second approval after the client’s confirmation.

Can I buy or upgrade a subscription here?

No. The integration uses your existing account features. Subscription purchases, upgrades and payments stay in their normal Simple Fatoora channels.
